I bought a room in this condo 4 years ago because I work nearby and my brother attends a nearby university. I made the right decision because it's close to many amenities, both easy to commute by Phaya Thai BTS and Phaya Thai ARL. It's even easier to find food as well because of its proximity to numerous shopping malls. Furthermore, the room I bought is a 2-bedroom unit that is spacious and well-divided. It's also nicely decorated. Moreover, the condo provides various facilities such as a swimming pool with a 360-degree view, a fitness center, a steam room, a garden, and a lounge. Everything is in one place!
