It's a condo in Soi Lat Phrao 7, close to Phahon Yothin MRT, CentralPlaza Lat Phrao, Union Mall, Chatuchak Weekend Market, etc. It is very convenient with the main roads, including Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Phahonyothin Road, and Sutthisan Road. The estate's atmosphere is not crowded because of the small number of units. The project also includes amenities, such as the swimming pool, the fitness center, the library, and more. The room I rented is a 2-bedroom unit that is tastefully decorated and well-organized. I think it is suitable for those looking for a condo in the heart of the city at a reasonable price.
