I worked in this area and rented a room at this condo for almost a year now. The room is quite spacious for me to stay alone. It's about 30 sq.m, fully furnished, and ready to stay at a reasonable price. The swimming pool is excellent, and the gym has complete equipment, clean bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think the downside of this project is the parking lots. It's not enough and hard to find. Plus, there is no free wifi available. You have to install it by yourself if you decide to have a long term stay, or even buy a temporary service for a short stay. Overall, it was good! Perfect location, very convenient transportation. Easy to get around and find something to eat. Near Central Festival Phuket is a 10-minute drive. If you wanna go to Patong, it's just 15 minutes. Absolutely recommend it!
