The condo is excellently situated in a local area where you can find shops and restaurants, only 5 kilometers from Maya shopping mall, just a few minutes' drives. The building is pretty new and clean. The one-bedroom unit is spacious, fully furnished with standard furniture and a small kitchen. Space is divided into a bedroom and living area. The condo also has a swimming pool available.
