Le Colla is a luxuriously furnished modern pool villa in Layan, Phuket with wonderful sea views and provides the perfect holiday rental property for families and couples.
Accommodation comprises of 4 en suite bedrooms sleeping 8 people. The master bedroom suite is accessed from the swimming pool level and has a king size bed, desk, walk in wardrobe, TV console and large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and outside bath. All doors allow access directly into the private swimming pool.
Downstairs are three further bedrooms. Bedroom two has a king size bed, desk, 40” flat screen TV, fridge, wardrobes and en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a covered terrace with sun beds and the garden with dining sala. This bedroom suite is completely private.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have beds that can be either king or twin size, they come with TV, desk, fridge, wardrobes and an en suite shower room and both have doors opening onto a small garden area.
On the top floor is the spacious living area with large comfortable sofas, 48” flat screen TV, dining table seating eight and the modern european kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you require. Large patio doors open onto the covered balcony with stunning sea and jungle views. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a dining table seating six, perfect for sipping cocktails before dinner and also a cloakroom on this level.
Returning to the entrance level there is a further dining area seating 8 and the Thai kitchen where the chef and staff prepare your meals. You also have an undercover pool bar overlooking the 8 x 10 swimming pool and sunbathing terrace. The bar comes fully equipped with BBQ grills, gas hob, plates, glasses and coffee machine.
The pool terrace has sun beds, umbrellas, outside shower and a seating sala at the side of the pool.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has wifi throughout.
The services of a english speaking Villa Manager, housekeeper and chef are provided to take care of all your requirements. The villa is just a short drive from the beautiful Layan beach.
The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.
In Thailand, non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years, and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.
