A good-sized home office in the Lasalle area.

I bought a home office in this project a year ago as a place for our small business that I run with my husband and another partner. We turned the first floor into an office area. The unit has been well-divided. The working space is large enough for 3 people. This home office is mine and my husband's. Our friend comes only on working days. There is a guest bedroom for my friend in case we work until late at night. The bathroom can also be used separately because there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. My husband goes to the gym every day. The project is in an excellent location cos Lasalle neighborhood has everything you need for living, and an MRT Yellow Line will be soon in service. If you ask me, it would probably get a good price from leasing or resale this home office in the future.
