The condo is in the business district area, close to the BTS.

This condo offers a variety of room sizes, ranging from studio to 3-bedroom suites. I rented a studio condo with interiors, including a kitchen, bathroom, TV corner, and living area. The first time I visited, I was impressed by the comprehensive facilities provided, such as the library, gym, and pool overlooking beautiful city views. It is located at Soi Sukhumvit 12 adjacent to Terminal 21 and Asoke intersection. Also, it is close to Asok BTS and is easily accessible to everywhere, especially buying food is also considered convenient. For me, it is one of the interesting condominiums in this area.

I bought a studio room here, and I really like it. The room is a proper size and fully furnished. Also, I love that the facilities are beyond my expectations, such as a fitness center, a swimming pool, onsen, a library, and a golf driving range. This place is located in the center of the city, with many roads like the Sukhumvit and Asoke Montri running through, making it easy to travel. However, you have to get over traffic jams during rush hour, if possible we recommend to take the Skytrain.
