The condo is located near Pratumnak Hill

The condo is located in the heart of the city near Pratumnak Hill. Easy access to Jomtien Beach and Central Pattaya, where there is a public bus in the neighborhood, and the fee is only 10 baht. It is also not far from tourist attractions, such as the Big Buddha Temple and Jomtien Beach Market. The condo atmosphere is tranquil, and the rooms are fully furnished. However, the common area has relatively few facilities, and car parking is not enough. Overall, the price is reasonable, and the location is okay, not far from shopping centers.
