There is only one condo here, so it is relatively peaceful and private. The common area is quite spacious. The deck includes a swimming pool and a lounge area overlooking the beach. The room has a large balcony and is fully furnished. The project offers a good security system, and getting to the project is easy and convenient. I think the disadvantage will be the car parking is relatively small and too narrow. Maybe you have to waste a lot of time looking for a parking space. Overall, it is suitable to purchase for residence and investment.
