Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, you can start from the Thao Thep Kasattri Monument, head onto Srisoonthorn Road (Highway 4025), and go straight along the route for about 4 kilometers. Then you will see the sign at the entrance of Baan WANA on the right-hand side and turn right into this alley. Go straight for only 100 meters, and you will see the project located at the end of the alley.

This lady architect was graduated from Chulalongkorn University, the first University of Thailand. During her university’s entrance examination, she got the highest score for architectural skill test among the whole country. She gained the Master Degree on Finance from the International University of Japan (IUJ). In the last 20 years, she had visit almost all the continents of the world where she gained new architectural knowledge. Therefore, she can design all kinds of villa types and make client’s dream house come true.

In Thailand, he worked as successful Sales and Marketing Manager. After 6 months learning, he set up his first Real estate company and sold plenty of properties. 
In Spain, he was mainly working with and for big investors, who were looking for giant Real estate investments such as big and small hotels, industry plots, residential plots, commercial plots and touristic plots.

Really enjoyed living in this villa

We lived at Easy villa 2 for five years and as a couple, we enjoyed our time there. The owners are kind and responsive to any needs or repairs required. The villa is modern and having a quiet, private garden area with a pool is bliss. The villa is located in a popular area in the north part of Phuket, so it is easy to drive to the beach, restaurants, or shops. The security guards and neighbours are nice and helpful as well.
The village is well- designed & it's worth the price.

When talking about location and transportation, it is considered okay for me. Travel is not difficult and can go everywhere easily. Anyway, I'm not too fond of it because the traffic is stuck in the evening. The village is well- designed from the entrance as the project sign is large and see it. The entrance is very shady. The house is greatly-designed; love it! It is a 3-bedroom house partly-furnished. The pool is not very big, and the garden is small. I think it suits a small family. There are rarely any problems with running out of water or power outages. The utilities here are great. Overall, it's worth the price.
