Luxury pool villa, located on the top of the hills

I live in a large family in China. My husband is a businessman who works at a company in Phuket. Since Covid-19, we have the idea of ​​moving our family to Thailand. My husband is now living in Botanica Phase 3, And we heard that Phase 7 is under construction, so I contacted the sales to get all the details. I received a quick response. This project is very interesting because it is the most luxurious project ever. Also, this project has a few units offering high privacy. The villa is located on a hill with full mountain views. The one that I'm interested in is a 4-bedroom 5-bathroom villa. The living area is spacious and elegant. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. As all bedrooms are not adjacent, it provides the privacy of the people in the house. There is a large swimming pool along with a resting area by the pool. Not far from the project, there are also international schools and the airport, which is very comfy to travel to. With an unfavorable situation, I want to wait for the country's border to open again that I want to visit the site before making any decision.
