To get to the project by car, start from Patong Beach. Head north on Thaveevong Road (Route 4030) for 56 meters. Once you reach a Dolphin Circle, take Exit 2 on Phrabaramee Road (Route 4029) for 450 meters and turn right onto Rat-U-Thit 200 Pee Road for 450 meters, and turn left (there is the project sign on the left) for 170 meters. Condominium located near Patong Beach and surrounded by amenities
I rented a studio room in this condo when I was working in one of the hotels in Patong beach. The room comes with a kitchen, living room which is perfectly designed for 1-2 persons. There are also excellent facilities such as a swimming pool and fitness center. In addition, the condo also provides large parking spaces and security services. Such a perfect location! Close to many facilities such as Patong Hospital, Jungceylon, Central Patong, local restaurants, pharmacies, and Soi Bangla. The rental fee is reasonable and convenient transportation. Recommended!!!
