You can start from Central Chiang Mai Intersection heading to Super Highway Chiang Mai - Lampang Road for about 1 kilometer. Turn right onto Highway 1001 and head towards San Sai District for about 11 kilometers until reach the San Sai District Agricultural Office. Since I moved here, my family and I are happy every day. Our house is a single-detached house with 2 stories, three bedrooms, decorated like other typical houses. It's painted with a bright color to make the entire space look wider and comfortable. With the large lake in the project, the atmosphere seems much nicer. The facilities in the project also include a swimming pool and clubhouse, which is so convenient. Besides, you can report any damage to your house online for repair service. There was a time that my sink was broken; it was notified and fixed within one day. Shame that the location is quite far from the city. It takes half an hour to drive. For us, it's acceptable. Overall, I'm satisfied with this place.

I had been in Phuket before I moved to Chaing Mai. The atmosphere is absolutely different. The Ornsirin 11 Village is very quiet and private. Plus, the weather is perfect, and the safety is very high. Also, it has a swimming pool, a gym, and a playground for the residents as well. The house here has 3-4 bedrooms depending on the size of the family. The house is spacious in modern design. The materials are standard from leading brands. Although it's a bit far from the city, it's still convenient to travel. Recommended!!

It's a 2-story house with 3-4 bedrooms. The house is well designed and looks modern. The facilities are complete with a swimming pool, fitness center, a garden, clubhouse, online maintenance service, and an excellent security system. The project atmosphere is shady, calm, and liveable. I can also enjoy the mountainous view. It's close to many government offices such as Mae Jo University, Mae Jo City Municipality, research center, and others.
There is also a lake around the project as a relaxation area.

I have seen the house in Chiang Mai many times but decided to buy at Ornsirin 11 because the location was okay. I work in Chiang Mai town and drive into town for only about 20 minutes. The traffic is not as heavy as other provinces. There is also a lake around the project as a relaxation area. Besides, there is a great gym and swimming pool in the village. There is no need to worry about safety as there are 24-hour security guards. In the house, it provides two parking lots and a small garden that you can raise pets. In the master bedroom, you will see a beautiful lake view when opening the curtain. The materials are decorated with quite good quality. I have to accept the disadvantage because it is far from the mall. Anyway, there are also many local markets. If anyone is looking for a house in Chiang Mai, we'd like to recommend the house here.

If my family likes it, I am okay with the 2-story detached house that my Thai wife and I bought at the Ornsirin 11 in San Sai, Chiang Mai. Everyone is happy and loves home decor. The project facilities are very premium, such as a clubhouse, a fitness room, a communal pool, and a playground, matching the needs of a large family like me. Moreover, the house offers a large area, which is enough for my children to play around. Besides, the neighbors are good. Wonderful! The atmosphere around the project is great and suitable for living. The project is close to major tourist attractions in Chiang Mai and easily accessible because the project is close to the main road and connects with many routes.

A luxurious house with a distinctive design in modern Lanna style located by the lake. I bought a 3-bedroom house, and I'm not disappointed at all. The design and construction meet the standard. There are also smart systems for convenience, such as automatic electric fence systems, anti-theft systems, and an online repair notification system in case there is any damage to the house. A common area is suitable for relaxing and doing exercise, including a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a fitness center, a playground, and gardens surrounding the lake. This project is located near Mae Jo University. Therefore, there is no need to worry about food because it is easy to find good food around the area.
