To get to the project by car, you can start from One Nimman by heading south onto Nimmanhaemin Road with a distance of about 120 meters. Then, turn right onto Suk Kasame Road and continue for 300 meters. Afterward, turn left onto Nimmanhaemin Road, Soi 6 to continue for another 110 meters and take Exit 1 at the roundabout. Next, continue onto Nimmanhaemin Road Soi 6 for about 120 meters and turn right. Finally, continue for another 89 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

I work in this area, and I'm looking for a place to live in the city that fits my lifestyle. Then I discovered it here; it is in Nimman city and is complete in all aspects, including restaurants, cafes, malls, and tourist attractions. It's considered complete all in one. It is also only a 15-minute drive to Chiang Mai International Airport. Aside from that, despite being in the heart of the city, the project ambiance is pleasant. The project is surrounded by lush green plants, and the swimming pool is also in good condition. The staff is wonderful. My room is on the 3rd floor. It's a spacious 1 bedroom unit, with high-quality furnishings. The monthly rental price is reasonable. I have nothing to complain about here. I recommend it if you like comfort and convenience. This place is the BEST!
