- To get to the project by public transport, you can use the express bus service. Then, choose to get off at the Wat Dan BRT station, the nearest station to the project, about 1.8 kilometers away. After that, get off the bus and use a taxi or motorcycle taxi to get to the project.

- To get to the project by private car, you can start from Rama 3 Road by heading southeast onto Rama 3 Road for about 1.1 kilometers. After that, keep right to continue onto Rama 3 Road for another 2.6 kilometers, then keep on the right lane again to continue on Rama 3 Road for another 1.8 kilometers. After that, use 2 left lanes to turn left and stay on Rama 3 Road, only 300 meters. Make a U-turn, continue for 700 meters and keep left to go onto Rama 3 Road, for only 91 meters. Then, you will find the project on the right.

Condo next to the Chao Phraya River

It is a condo next to the Chao Phraya River. The project is quiet and suitable for living. My family and I stay in the penthouse room, and the space is spacious; it feels like home. Notably, the room I rented is open, airy, comfortable, with a cool breeze blowing through all the time. I hardly use the air conditioner at all except when sleeping. The furniture that the owner of the room used to decorate is beautiful and durable, although it's not very luxurious. In addition, the common area is complete, including a sky garden, a swimming pool, a small movie room, and car parking, which is available for 100% of the room units. As for the downside, as far as I can see, it's a matter of traveling because it's far from the Skytrain station, which you have to spare time for commuting because the traffic is generally quite congested during rush hours. Furthermore, the project is located not far from Tesco Lotus and Makro, making it easy to buy food.
