Afterward, turn right to Soi Pariyanon/Rama 3 Soi 41, walk for about 11 meters, and turn left to Rama III Road. Continue walking for about 28 meters. You will find the project on the left.

- To get to the project by car, you can start from Bhumibol Bridge by driving to the north on Bhumibol 1 Bridge Road/ Ring Road for about 2.4 kilometers. Then turn right to Rama 3 Road for about 3 kilometers and turn left for about 270 meters. Afterward, make a U-Turn and continue driving for about 900 meters. Finally, you will find the project on the left.

A very nice design and convenient traveling

It is a luxury and gorgeous condo decorated with classic architecture, located in a good area and close to various places, such as shopping malls, shop stores, restaurants, etc. I have been living for several months, which has 2 bedrooms and is furnished beautifully and modernly, providing a private sense of living space in the midst of nature. You will fall in love with this project because it is also convenient in terms of transportation, as it is close to Wat Pariwat BRT and Chong Nonsi BRT, allowing for easy access to the city center.

The room here is inexpensive. I made no mistake buying a 1-bedroom unit at all. The room space is large and the furniture provided is in new condition. Everything works fine. More importantly, my room's view is the Chao Phraya River and the city as well. My girlfriend also loves to sit and enjoy the scenery there. Shame that the condo is located on Rama 3 Road. Therefore, there will be some noise. About the staff, they have excellent services and solve problems quickly. It is fast and efficient. Parking is adequate, and the common area is also clean.
