It's a very big project.

It's a very big project, there are many types of restaurants serving Thai food, Isaan food and international food, as well as a tea and coffee shop and many stores. The gym is fully equipped, and the swimming pool is massive, but there aren't enough parking spaces. The residential building is quite old, yet it has been properly maintained. The security guards are very nice. The neighbors in the past were Koreans and Japanese. These days, most of the neighbors are black people . But I'm used to it because I've been here for many years. My room has one bedroom with a usable area of almost 40 square meters and is fully furnished. The condo is in a good location, but the traffic is quite congested. Luckily, there is a bus stop in front of the project. And the rent is cheap. Recommended!
