Park Court Sukhumvit 77 is located on Sukhumvit 77 Road, Phra Khanong Nuea Sub-District, Watthana District, Bangkok. The area is considered the edge of the Sukhumvit area that is potential as it is developing into an emerging quality community. The project is situated in a very international neighborhood, surrounded by various residences, offices, and restaurants, and it will soon become a small business town. The most convenient way to get to the project is by car via On Nut Road, Sukhumvit Road, and Ramindra-At Narong Expressway, which are the best time-saving options to commute to the city. Also, the project offers a shuttle bus service for greater travel convenience.

To get to the project from On Nut Road, turn right into Soi On Nut 1/1 for about 400 meters. Then, turn right again and drive for another 220 meters before turning right into Soi Roem Charoen 1 for 160 meters; you will find the project's location.

In case you come from Sukhumvit Road, turn left onto Pridi Banomyong 2 Road for about 450 meters, then turn left again to stay on Pridi Banomyong 2 Road. Drive about 69 meters before turning right about 290 meters. Then, slightly turn right into Soi Roem Charoen 1, and drive about 160 meters to reach the project's location.

Very shady and room is spacious

A beautiful residence. The surroundings around is quiet with a nice cool breeze from good ventilation. The room's decent size comes with a full set of quality furniture, suitable for living as a family. In addition, there are full facilities such as a swimming pool, a modern fitness center, and a garden. The green areas scattered around the project. The staff is very professional and solve the problems fast, very worth the money!

Our room is very large. There are 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, perfect for living with family. The room is fully furnished with modern appliances, easy to use. The project common area has a resort-style garden and is complete with facilities such as a communal pool, leisure gardens, and communal gym. The atmosphere is tranquil and close to nature. We will sense as we are on holiday. Very Pleasant!

I stayed in this place with my family. Overall, I really like this place. The room I stayed in is a 3-bedroom unit with a spacious living area at 280 square meters. The extensive space makes me feel comfortable like living in a single house. I also like a large garden area in the project, and there is a playground for our children to enjoy. In terms of location, it's good, not far from the expressway Chalong Rat and Chalerm Mahanakorn, making traveling around easy. It's pretty good for avoiding traffic jams. I really like it.

The 3-bedroom units here are very spacious with outstanding and modern built-in furniture. Highly private as there are only 2 rooms on each floor. The common area is spacious with a swimming pool, gym, and a garden; they were clean. The location is pleasant and quiet near temples, markets, shopping areas, and along the Phra Khanong canal, giving beautifully natural surroundings, which is quite rare in Bangkok.
