Direction to the project
- To get there by public transport, the nearest BTS is the Nana BTS station. When getting off the station, turn left into Soi Sukhumvit 11, then walk for about 550 meters. After that, turn left again and go straight for 400 meters. The project will be on your right.
- To get there by car, start from Nikhom Makkasan Road and continue straight to Sam Mit intersection. Keep driving for 500 meters, and turn left into Soi Rongrian PB and continue driving for 270 meters. After that, turn right into Soi Sukhumvit 11 for 240 meters, you will find the project on your right.

Old condo but great location

It is an old condo that the room price is not very high. It is very suitable for our family. The room is large with 3 bedrooms, clean and quiet, and offers a complete range of facilities, including a fitness center, a swimming pool, and ample parking. However, the project is located in Soi Sukhumvit 11, which is 1 kilometer away from the BTS station. It might be inconvenient for people who have to use the sky train because you have to take another car. But overall, this place is okay, nice to live in, and the room price is not high compared to the room size and the facilities that are suitable for a good price.
Great environment, very shady

The atmosphere is amazing, shady, calm, unlike living in Bangkok. The people are lovely, and the receptionists and the security guards are very friendly and helpful. The project is located next to Khlong Saen Saeb on the Sukhumvit side. The entrance is a bit deep, but not difficult to find. The room is spacious. There are 3 bedrooms with an expansive balcony. The most important thing is cleanliness. If you live on the canal side, I won't recommend you to open the window on rainy days because of the river's smell; it is not really fun!

It is an excellent residence in Bangkok, where it is secured and non-crowded. I rented a 3-bedroom unit which was large and comfortable. The balcony offers a panoramic city view. Also, a restaurant is just a 5-minute walk and taxi services in front of the condo. Also, there are motorbike services which can be used comfortably. Everything is very close and within walking distance of Phetchaburi MRT, just a few minutes. For the price and the size, they are good, providing a beautiful balcony. If anyone likes a classic style, recommend it here.

The property is located at the end of Soi Sukhumvit 11, next to Saen Saeb Canal. Cars parked in front of the project are not very organized, but overall, the project was okay. Friendly staff, good facilities. Inside the 3-bedrooms unit, the space is very big. The living room has a large TV and beautifully decorated. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. It is considered to be an accommodation that worth staying.
Old building, but good security systems

I have just moved here for 3 months, and I love it because it is a lively area. The communal condo pool is large and clean. It also has an excellent waste management system. I am impressed with the staffs' service. They are helpful and friendly. Although the building is very old, the inside is still new. There is an okay security system. The room is spacious with elegant décor and premium-grade furniture. This condo's quality is suitable for the price paid, and its location is only 1 kilometer from Phetchaburi MRT.
Good for living and investment

I bought this condo about 10 years ago. At that time, this condo was a brand new one. The reason for choosing here was its location as it's in the prime district near many offices and department stores. Plus, it's easy to get around by using Nana BTS station. I stayed in a 3-Bedroom unit. It is spacious as the size of it is 315 sq.m. As far as I stayed there, I have never faced any problems. The staff did a great job of solving problems. They promptly take action. The facilities include a swimming pool, a gym, and a garden. Also, the security system here meets the standard that always makes me feel safe. Unfortunately, with my personal issues, I had been there for a while before I moved out. The condo had been in good condition throughout my stay here, so I decided to rent it out. Ye, I decided to renovate it as it looked outdated. It was so easy to customize the layout with wide room space, and it came out beautifully. Soon after posting the renting info online, I got the clients and always got positive feedback from my tenants. Anyone looking for a condo in the heart of the city would recommend this place as it's really worth it both for living and investment.
