It is a new condo located in the heart of the Khlong Tan Nuea area. I am very impressed here because everything is provided and the furniture is also quality. Besides, there is an extensive range of project facilities. The room I am interested in is beautifully decorated and in perfect proportions, which all living areas are in zones. Perfect !! It is also suitable for relaxation and living. Moreover, it is convenient to go everywhere as it is close to the Phrom Phong BTS, only 850 meters. Apart from that, it is surrounded by popular shopping centers and other various convenience places.

This low rise development is in a very vibrant neighborhood " Prom Phong" . Mainly high income families life here and there is plenty of choice for dining and entertainment. This project is ideal if you prefer sukhumvit but in a quite setting. Its only a few minutes away from emquartier and emporium
A nice condo to live in

I have seen a signpost for the project under construction in Soi Prommitr; It should be a nice condo to live in because there is a lot of green space. Although the location is in the center of a busy city, it's very convenient to travel near Phrom Phong BTS. Beautiful condo with luxurious facilities. There are 1-2 bedrooms, and there are many room types with various furniture packages from many leading brands.

A beautiful project with a unique design in the Phrom Phong area, where there are international restaurants and bars. The atmosphere is quiet and private. The project has various room types, decorated with good quality furniture. The project is secured with a key card access system and guards for 24 hours. It's pleasant to live in and highly secured.
The new condo has just been completed located in the Phrom Phong area.

The condo has recently been completed, and the interior is super luxurious when comparing the price and location. I think it's worth paying and suitable for investing and living because the facilities are complete. There are also many special facilities different from other condos, such as Jacuzzi, onsen, rooftop terrace, and swimming pool. Besides, in-room furniture installation is all premium grade. Everything is worth the price paid. Plus, it is also located in an economic district and full of shopping centers in the neighborhood. If anyone is looking for a condo for investment, I think this is interesting.

I booked a 1 bedroom condo here, well-fitted size. The interior is luxuriously decorated with quality furniture. All decorations are called worth the price. I decided to book it because I don't have much to travel to other countries. I always encounter problems each day, rarely getting enough relaxation. I think the room suits me well as it is surrounded by lush nature, which is tranquil and private. It can well-relieve stress.
