Great condo in the prime location

We rent a room here monthly. I can say that the location is very good as it's in a prime location in the Phrom Phong area. The project is suitable for people with private cars because the condo to the BTS station is considered distant. For the condo itself, the exterior is quite old, but the room has been renovated very well. It looks modern and new. My room is a spacious 3 bedroom unit, fully-furnished with furniture and electrical appliances. There is not much equipment in the gym, but it works fine. Overall, it is still an excellent value. The price is not high compared with the same size as other projects.

The room is spacious with efficient living space. Furniture is easy to use, making it comfortable for daily use. The common areas are also clean and safe. There are areas for adults and children. This condo is suitable for families who want to live in the city. It is also close to the Phrom Phong BTS station, which is only 100 meters away from the condo. Going to work each day is easy and convenient. Also, it saves a lot of travel time. Personally, staying here is convenient in many ways, and can be considered complete. The room price is also not high. The location and room size are suitable for the price.

This condominium was once a luxurious high-rise project in a quality location in the Sukhumvit area. It has various facilities and allows convenient transportation as Phrom Phong BTS is just 1 kilometer away. The room has spacious 3 bedrooms, fully furnished with durable wooden furniture. There is a tennis court, a fitness center, and a pool available for residents.

This condo is in the Phrom Phong area, surrounded by shopping centers and convenience stores that are complete and meet my needs very much. As for the room I rented, the project sells with built-in furniture. In addition, there is an excellent proportion of privacy. The kitchen area is equipped with an infrared stove and hood, which is ready to use. It also provides a kitchen counter with a small storage shelf. Thus, it makes the room very tidy. Besides, traveling is convenient; just a few minutes walk from the project to Phrom Phong BTS.

Old project, but the location is considered excellent. Transportation is easy and convenient. It is a location where many foreigners live near the EmQuartier, Korea Town, and Terminal 21. I can go shopping on vacation and get some food easily. The project's location is not crowded, and there are many convenience stores along the route. There are also taxis running all the time. The condo's common area can be said to be relatively old, but it offers a large and clean swimming pool with tennis courts, parking spaces, and staff taking care. Even though the project is old, the rooms have been renovated beautifully and attractively suitable for real relaxation. Moreover, there are a separate kitchen and living room area. Ready to use built-in furniture, spacious and fully equipped European kitchen area. Overall, I give it moderate points, and suitable for people who like privacy and need to stay in the city center.

I think this condo is the best to live in. The common area is clean and has many facilities, including a swimming pool, tennis court, fitness. The 3-bedroom unit I rented is on the 20th floor. The interior is very spacious, just like a big house. The rental price is considered acceptable. The restaurants, bars, shops, and spa are easy to find. Close to Phrom Phong BTS, it takes about 12 minutes to walk so that you can do the exercise every morning.
