To get to the project by public transportation, the nearest BTS station is Chong Nonsi BTS. When you leave the station, walk to the southeast on Naradhiwat Rajanagarindra Road and take a motorbike service to the project for about 9 minutes.
To get to the project by car, you can start from Chan - Naradhiwat Rajanagarindra intersection by heading to the southwest on Chan Road with a distance of about 24 meters. Then, turn right to Naradhiwat Rajanagarindra Road. Afterward, drive for about 800 meters and turn left into Soi Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra 14 for about 140 meters. You will find the project on the right.

I bought 2 rooms in this condo for the purpose of renting them out and speculating. The first room is a studio suitable for staying alone and is decorated in a modern style with fully-equipped furnishings views of the city. Another room has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, as well as a spacious living area, and is ideal for a couple. It comes fully furnished and equipped with electronics, and it has a beautiful view of the city. This project provides a variety of amenities, such as a lobby area, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, and relaxing area, car parking, and a 24-hour security system that will not bore you. As a result, I bought this condo because it is in a prime location near Chong Nonsi BTS, which is only 1 kilometer away. It is also close to a number of amenities, such as shops, restaurants, and large department stores. This project is appropriate for someone looking for a condo for a resident that meets their requirements at a reasonable price.
