Traveling by public bus: The closest station to the project is On Nut BTS station. When you leave the station, walk southeast along Highway 3 for approximately 350 meters and turn right onto Soi Rattanaprahman about 250 meters. The project will be on your left.

Traveling by car: You can start from On Nut Junction, head northwest on Highway 3 for about 95 meters, turn left onto Sukhumvit Road for about 1.3 kilometers, then make a U-turn and continue straight on Sukhumvit Road for 290 meters. Afterward, turn left onto Soi Rattanaprahman for about 250 meters, and you will find the project located on your left.

This condo is outstanding with its entrance adjacent to the main road. It is conveniently located in Soi Sukhumvit 52 near Sukhumvit Road and the expressway. Going to a workplace or going on vacation is comfortable because it is close to On Nut BTS. Plus, the condo is surrounded by shopping centers, educational institutions, hospitals, shops, restaurants. The project's design is very modern and the atmosphere is shady. There are complete facilities, including the fully-equipped fitness center, the swimming pool, the garden and sufficient parking spaces for the residents. I'm renting a 2 bedroom unit with my sister. The room is modern and spacious. The rent is affordable, the staff is nice, the facilities are excellent, and it is also close to Bangkok's tourist sites. Highly recommended!
