It is a new townhome project that is rare to find in Sukhumvit because most projects are condos. The design is modern loft style. The interior is very spacious, thoughtfully divided into various zones, and equipped with sun protection battens to lessen heat reflection into the structure. This project is suitable for people looking for a house in the city's center. It is very convenient to transport as it locates near Punnawithi BTS station and expressway access points. I like the project that has a small number of units, not focusing on common areas. This project, in my opinion, is a good option if you're looking for a home with a usable area of between 300 and 370 square meters with Double Space living areas. I think this project meet your need.
