Direction to the Project
To get to the project by public transport, taking BTS is the most convenient transportation option. The nearest station is Ari BTS (The Dark Green Line). Once you get off the station, use Exit 3. Then, walk north on Phahon Yothin Road (No. 1) to cross the road to Soi Phahon Yothin 7 for about 140 meters. Alternatively, you can use the green triangular overpass to cross to the other side of the road when leaving the station. Then, you will find the project on the right.

To get to the project by car, you can start from Victory Monument by heading northeast onto Phaholyothin Road (Route 1) for 1.9 kilometers. After that, turn left onto Soi Phahon Yothin 7 and go straight for 1.9 kilometers. Within 35 meters, you will find the project on the right-hand side.

If you're looking for a condo surrounding street food, markets, or restaurants, this condo is the perfect answer. The condo area is mostly crowded and lively since it is near the headquarters and government offices. There are many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Importantly, the condo is a 5-minute walk to Ari BTS. My room is a one-bedroom unit. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. However, the only disadvantage is that the balcony is tiny, and so is the garden on the 21st and 22nd floors. Other than that, everything is perfect.
