Direction to the Project

- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS Skytrain. The closest station to the project is Phloen Chit BTS. Once you get off the station, head east toward Phloen Chit Road for about 30 meters, and turn right onto Soi Ruamrudee Community for another 120 meters. After that, turn right into Soi Ruamrudee Community for about 110 meters, and you will find the project on your left.
- To get to the project by car, you can start traveling from Phloen Chit Road by heading west for about 170 meters. Then, turn left onto Lang Suan Road and go straight for another 1.1 kilometers. After that, turn left at Lang Suan Junction onto Sarasin Road and go straight for another 400 meters. Then, turn left onto Witthayu Road for another 69 meters, and turn right to Soi Ruamrudee Community. Within a kilometer, you will find the project on your right.

There is a good management system inside the condo.

I've been renting this condo for a year now. It comes with a reliable security system and excellent management, making me feel at ease during my stay. Plus, the rental price is affordable. It's also close to Phloen Chit BTS, so getting to work is super convenient. This condo is exactly what I want as it's close to my office and other important places such as Central World, Central Embassy, and many more. Also, the project provides full facilities within the condo in a common area like a gym, swimming pool, garden, and keycard access. Furthermore, the neighbors are friendly, and they don't bother me at all. Overall I love this condo, and I don't think I will move anywhere.
