To get to the project by public transport, the nearest BTS station is Thong Lo BTS. Once you get off the station, head southeast towards Route 3 onto Soi Sukhumvit 38. After that, go straight for 300 meters and turn right onto Soi Sukhumvit 40. Within 600 meters, you will find the project on your left.

The condo is so private

The main reason that I like this place is the privacy. As there are only 24 units in total with only four units per floor and a private lift, I don’t have to share with others. The room I bought is a wide 3-bedroom unit. The furniture is provided in a full range of premium grades for its price. Although the project is located in the alley, you can also take a shortcut to the main roads such as Sukhumvit Road and Rama IV Road, which is also not far from Ekkamai BTS station, very convenient!

I've been searching for a house near the BTS station in the Sukhumvit area, so I visited the real estate website and found this project exactly what I wanted. As far as I know, it takes only a few steps to Thong Lo BTS and Ekkamai BTS. It's also close to the Emporium, making my life much easier. There are full facilities in the common area, like an outdoor swimming pool, gym, and parking space which has enough for all residents, which is hardly found in the city condo. More importantly, the room is spacious, making it feel like home. It's suitable for me who likes to get used to being in a single house. This place is very private as there is a private lift for every unit, and there are not more than four units on each floor. The rooms are laid out with complete luxurious furniture from leading brands. By the way, I haven't seen the actual project. After I see it, I will review it again. I would like to know if this condo is similar to the pictures. Now, I'm waiting for a salesperson to get back to me.
