Direction to the Project
- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS. The nearest station is Thong Lo BTS. Once you get off the station, head southeast and turn right into Soi Sukhumvit 38. Within 400 meters, you will find the project on your right-hand side.
- To get to the project by car, you can start from the Asoke Intersection by heading southeast onto Sukhumvit Road (Route 3). After that, go straight for 2.6 km and make a U-turn at the Ban Kluay Tai/Soi Hemwong. Then, go straight for 270 meters and turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 38. Within 350 meters, you will find the project on the right.

This condo is only about 300 meters away from Thong Lo BTS station, walking distance, very convenient, but the project also has a shuttle service from-to there. Easy to find foods. The condo has a nice atmosphere. Beautifully decorated common areas. The pool has a good view but is relatively small for me. The room is quite spacious with good quality furniture. Recommended!!!

I like the location of the project. It's perfect! It is not far from Thonglor BTS within walking distance and not close to the busy main road. Also, another problem of dust and smoke, making this place very inviting. My room is a spacious 2-bedroom type with a good layout. There is a bathtub to soak in and enjoy. Importantly, the condo allows pets. No worries for people with pets. The fitness center and the swimming pool has contemporary and modern looks, but it is small. Besides that, there is no problem; I like it here.

Love the room decor, which is open and airy. The furniture is also decorated in a modern style, giving a sense of modernity. The cabinets can store a lot of things. The project area is luxurious, with a spacious lobby and many relaxing corners. It provides perfect privacy to residents. The security system is excellent, including guards, key card access, and CCTV. Besides, indoor and outdoor car parking lots are available and easy to find parking. Perfect!
Very shady project and pet-friendly

Not very often you can find a pet-friendly condo in a bustling downtown with a large green area. The 1-bedroom loft is spacious with well-divided space. The first floor includes a kitchen corner, a living room, and a balcony, whereas the second floor has a bedroom. The furniture quality is fabulous and high quality. Personally, I wouldn't say I like the mezzanine floor as it is quite small. However, it's not a problem for living alone. There are both indoor and outdoor pools. The seating area is wide. The location is convenient near BTS, public transportation, shops, restaurants, and malls. Friendly staff and professional guards who are strict with the residents' access. Nice!

I like it here even though I stayed for less than a month - beautiful design condo with clean common areas and a shady and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is charming and helpful. The project's facility I love the most was an infinity-edge pool on the 10th floor, although the room is a bit small. However, I would say that the view is glorious. My 1-bedroom and the 1-bathroom unit is fully furnished. I don't have to worry about food in this neighborhood as there are many restaurants along the road, very close to Thonglor BTS, only 450 meters.

The project is beautiful and modern, making it unique and eye-catching. Despite being in the heart of Thonglor, the project is located in an alley, making it quiet and private. It is also within walking distance to Thonglor BTS. The project's facilities are designed to meet the needs of the residents. There are swimming pools, gardens, a lobby, a fitness center, and other amenities. The interior of the room is a nice one, and the materials used are of standard quality. There is a small kitchen corner where you can cook, and the room comes with some furniture. More importantly, pets are permitted in the project, which is perfect.
