The condo is close to the university.

I've been renting this condo for almost two years. I moved in during the first covid, so I didn't have many neighbors. It is mostly populated by students because it is close to Kasetsart University and Sripatum University. There are many shops and restaurants in this area. It is not close to the main road, but you can walk for about 200 meters. It is conveniently located near Phaholyothin Road and the BTS station, which is only a few hundred meters away, making me feel at ease. The room is small, making it perfect for singles or couples. There are various facilities in a quiet setting, such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a smart parking area, and etc.
