This road, approximately 1.6 km away from the project, is the main entry and exit routes for the residents, which leads to Srinakarin Road. Turn left into Soi Krungthep Kreetha 15/1 for about 190 meters and drive to Soi Pracha Ruamjai about 900 meters, then turn left using Exit 1. Continue driving approximately 41 meters. The project will be on the left-hand side.

If you want to travel by public transport, the nearest Airport Link station is Ban Hua Thap Chang Station and Hua Mak Station.

House for a big family with the environment cares

I was looking for a home for a big family with a modern design, care for the environment, and importantly, it is conducive to living with the elderly because there are eight people in my family, including my hubby's parents. His father has a problem with his legs, which walked pretty inconveniently. I went to see the model house first because we were very interested. The house size is huge and not far from our hometown. Things that we get from the inspection are that the house is very well-designed. Besides, it suits for the modern urban lifestyles. Moreover, it includes energy-saving systems, dust prevention, heat reduction, and reduce noise from the outside, and a tall glass window that can get sunlight from outside. Most importantly, the room on the ground floor is specially designed for the elderly. Therefore, we decided to book here, and the security assistants are also very friendly, smiling, and welcoming.
Beautiful house near educational institutes and hospitals

After we got married, my husband and I looked for a new house, which is close to the school and the hospital. It is because my mother was sick and we had to take care of her. Also, we often go to the hospital to see doctors while our kid is in the age of studying, so I had to find a house close to these places for easy access. The functions of my house are interesting and meet the needs of everyday life. It is an ideal house for the elderly. The exterior and interior look new and are designed to keep the elderly and children safe. Whether it is a cushioning floor, the area has the same level. There is a steep slope in front of the house for wheelchairs into the house because my mom has to use wheelchairs up and down the house a lot, making everything look easier and more convenient. My kid also does not have to waste time traveling to school because it is only 3 kilometers close, so everyone in the house is very happy to stay home.

Our family rented a 4-bedroom house in this village. The project is lively, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The facilities are complete. Most of my neighbors are foreigners; they are so lovely. My kids always spend time with their kids or play with the dog every evening at the project's park. I don't worry about safety at all because the guards take good care of us. Also, there are not many cars to enter the project.

I bought a house in the Setthasiri Krungthep Kreetha project to live with my Thai wife. I made the right decisions because this project location is situated in the Hua Mak area and close to Hua Mak ARL station, only 11 minutes. Besides, it is surrounded by Bangkapi Market, Minburi Market, and Ratchada Train Night Market, which is quite convenient. If we stay close to the market, I don't have to worry that it is difficult to buy things. Moreover, the house is designed to be very pleasing to my wife and me. Furthermore, the interior and project facilities are complete, making me a comfortable living. This project is a quality project and has good neighbors, very worth the money spent.

This house is near Brighton International School. It is not difficult to travel everywhere but sometimes traffic jams, especially in the evenings. The village is shady, and there are many cycling areas. The security system is also high, providing great fences, which is an electrical system against theft. We lived in a 2-story house with 3 bedrooms. It is partly-furnished, and there is an area to accommodate the guests as well !!
