if you value peace and quiet and have your own transport, then this is the place for you. the city is nearby (5 min drive), shopping centers and the beach are also not far away (10 min). good service, high-quality built houses with high-quality furniture and equipment, with beautiful gardens and large swimming pools. a very quiet and peaceful area for wealthy foreigners.

my wife and i spent the month of february here and absolutely loved it! the house is as described/pictured in the ad.... beautiful! enjoyed relaxing by the pool . the host, tim, was always quick to respond to anything. i also made use of the community gym facilities daily. highly recommend

it's a beautiful and high-quality home with four bedrooms and a fully furnished interior. all cooking utensils are provided in the kitchen, suitable for family and friend parties. the swimming pool also has slides where kids can play and have fun. the surrounding environment is quiet. however, the project is in a deep alley, and it is near sam phan nam floating market, with about less than 5 minutes to drive.

having spent the last 4 years researching and renting on many of hua hin's luxury developments, we never found a development that appealed enough to buy, until we found hh9. finally a developer, already known for high quality and service, creates a boutique development with a real wow factor! stunning views, perfect location and great property designs (not an l shape in sight!). looking forward to seeing the progress over the next 12 months!

the villas here are made to order project which is really beautiful and luxurious. my wife and i like it very much. it's danish style. there is a large swimming pool and a lush garden outside. it is a 2-story villa with a large balcony on the second floor that includes over 3 bedrooms, overlooking great scenery. besides, the project site comprises a gym and an excellent security system. in terms of location, as far as i see on the map, it's serene and surrounded by green gardens. the atmosphere is perfect. if you want to travel to hua hin beach, khao hin lek fai, and bluport hua hin, it takes a few minutes. i think it will be a gorgeous and pleasant project when it's completed.

the advantage here is that the atmosphere is good, quiet and has high privacy. within the project, there is a garden that is well decorated, shady and natural. the house style is beautiful. there are 2 huge bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms suitable for family living. most importantly, it is close to important places such as hua hin district office, and hua hin shrine. the disadvantage is a little bit, that is, the location is quite far from hua hin town and hua hin provincial court. but it takes about 15 minutes by car to reach, no problems.

the village here is a pleasant place to live. there is a peaceful atmosphere. in the morning, the weather is great. the project's house is lovely and modern in the right size, which is not too big or too small and comfortable. it's suitable for small families and with reasonable home prices. the neighbors live in harmony. there are many facilities in the common area, such as the swimming pool and the fitness center, catering for residents. the location is convenient because there are various villages nearby. it is plentiful in both shops and restaurants, with a lot of choices to choose from.

visited this project recently and was impressed by the standards of the villa palm. high ceiling, natural lighting, european standards in the kitchen, universal design(wheelchair friendly). spacious plot minimum 550sqm. the outdoor area can be seen from all angles, its the ideal family home

i visited the bibury project recently, it is a short drive out in the quieter backroad of hh, less than a 10 min drive to the beaches and also bluport shopping centre. definitely, a good choice if you're looking for indoor/outdoor living as the unit i saw had a huge terrace perfect for a big family and friends for dinner or quiet party :-). love the large wooden door, and the an open plan feel.
