i own a condo here and so happy i bought it. facilities are top notch, pool is wonderful and gym is open now. it's a 5 minutes walk to central festival. finishes inside the condo are good. i am a happy owner

contemplating buying a condo here. visited the sales centre, and it's nearly completed, closing probably in 2q 2023. looking forward to seeing more reviews from buyers. location seems excellent and facilities top-notch. showroom apartments give the impression that finishings are good, albeit perhaps a notch below western standards.

i have visited twice this condo and the construction is 6-9 month from finished so we can already have a good idea of the final result, and i must say that it looks very much like on the pictures or the model that you can see on the sales area. i think the high price tag is justified by the build quality and services on site. we used to book hotels while in the city since we have a house up north in the coutryside where we spend much of our time, and this will perfectly replace any 5 star hotel around chiang mai, and hey, it is 5 minutes walk away from central festival which we consider extremely convenient, and also super highway is just there so you can reach any part of the city in a very short time. all in all we are very excited to have booked a 2 room condo on the 7th floor and are very much looking forward to be able to stay there while in the city.

the project was built in a modern design, and the price is reasonable. the use of wood and steel is emphasized. it's a small-scale project hidden in san sai subdistrict. the location is excellent and easy to travel to. there are several marts and tasty bistros nearby. homepro san sai chiang mai, san sai luang municipal offices, and san sai kindergarten are all around 5 kilometers away. i'd recommend it to those looking for a townhouse at an affordable price.

the project location is in a convenient location. it is also quiet, close to the main road such as 700-year-old chiang mai road. there is a convenience store in front of the alley that only takes a few walks. there are also restaurants and bars in this area to relax at night. and in less than 5 minutes, there will be a ruamchok market with a variety of products to choose from at reasonable prices. this project is interesting because the room is selling at a reasonable price and is potentially affordable. when you consider its beauty and quality, i believe it is well worth it. furthermore, those who own their cars do not have to worry about parking because there are a lot of parking spaces in the project. most importantly, the rooms here are also furnished with a variety of furniture, making it possible to economize, complete, and worthwhile all in one location.

a new 3-4 bedrooms detached house project was newly completed a few years ago. i really like the nordic style, which is very natural. the living area is spacious and divided into good proportions. most importantly, there is also an air purification system that ensures fresh air circulates in the house all the time. besides, there is also a shady park full of trees, a swimming pool, and a fitness center to serve the residents. the location is convenient as it is near shops, restaurants, mae jo market, and maejo university. it is also close to chiang mai-phrao road, making the journey very flexible and comfortable.

this project is nearly completed. i went to explore the route and saw the real one. i think that it is different from the advertisement pictures. but the luxury and design are wonderful. the decorations look luxurious, and the project comprises numerous rooms. the common area is also large, including a large communal pool and a seating area around the pool. the project decoration represents a resort-style that is very shady and pleasant. the room i reserved is a 1 bedroom which i think is enough for 2 people. it is fully furnished. as for the journey, i think it is quite far from the amenities. you need a private car to be more convenient. anyway, if going to the central festival is considered extremely convenient. it only takes about 5 minutes to walk !!

the house is beautiful, chic, and modern. i saw the advertisement on the website, so i went to see the model house. the townhome has a high ceiling to make the house look more spacious. it's beautifully decorated with high standard materials. the house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, suitable for family living. there is parking for 2 cars. good location near the city. travel is very convenient.

i like the atmosphere of this condo as it feels like i have a vacation at the resort. there is a large swimming pool within the condo surrounded by a small garden, making it look so shady. the condo isn’t located in the city center, so it’s a perfect urban escape. meanwhile, it is not too far from prosperity as it takes only 5 min driving to central festival shopping center. speaking of the room, it’s not a spacious one-bedroom but well-decorated. the furniture provided is complete with high quality. it’s also at a reasonable price. it’s an interesting option for those interested in investment because chiang mai is another famous tourist attraction.
