the project is well-designed, beautiful, and modern, with a luxurious interior. it is made of wood and marble, providing a cozy living. my wife enjoys it a lot. the house is a 3-story semi-detached house with four bedrooms and a large living room. the parking area in front of the house is quite large. what i like best about the project is the communal area. the clubhouse is spacious and up to date. the interior is also spacious, with a swimming pool, fitness center, and relaxation area. there is also a reception area for visitors. in terms of location, it is in the heart of the lat pla khao area, close to restaurants, shops, and department stores.

i'm looking for a small home office in the kaset-nawamin area. i've seen many projects before, and i'm very impressed. our company is a small office that needs an area like this. it's perfect for us. there are 4- floors here, including bedrooms, office rooms, a meeting room, and a private elevator. the parking lot can park many cars, which is very convenient. the interior of the project has a complete set of furniture. next to the project, there is a convenience store and an area where you can easily find food. as for the car journey on the road, it's a bit tight during rush hours, but it is flexible all the time.

this condo is perfect for those who are looking for a place next to the bts station and main road in the saphan mai area. this area has easy access to find food as well as a few kilometers close to big c saphan mai and ying charoen market. for me, it is great to live in a condo near the office that takes a short time because it's time-saving and you don't have to go through traffic jams. these are such great reasons that i made the decision to buy a 1-bedroom unit. the facilities are also various, including the extensive clubhouse, sky pool, communal garden area, gym, and security guards on duty. besides, my room is cozy and furnished with built-in furniture that you can drag your luggage in. it also saves time to decorate as well. it meets my needs a lot. for those looking for a condo to live in or buy for renting out, i recommend it here since it is such an interesting option.

this is definitely an upgraded "base" version, i love the lobby layout, its very inviting. the facilities are well done and the units seem to cater to a younger generation. very functional and cosy, ideal for first time home buyers or millennial

this project appeals to me because the condo's management system is great, and the staff is very friendly. the condo has a beautiful design and privacy. also, the common area is fully equipped. i always go swimming at the communal pool. my room is a one-bedroom unit decorated with stylish furniture. the space is clearly defined and fit for me. throughout my stay, this condo is considered very worthwhile for its position in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to get anywhere. it's also near talat phlu bts and has many amenities. overall, it's excellent.

i decided to buy a 1 bedroom condo here, and i can say that i was not disappointed at all. i was impressed by the towering building and its great design and i have to admit that the project design is simple yet elegant. it has all of the functional features as well as built-in furnishings. i personally enjoy the facilities here, whether it's the swimming pool, the gym, the garden space, the key card access, or the security staff. it's all nice and ready-to-move-in. above all, the location is fantastic. the condo is close to the residential neighborhood with stores and restaurants along the sides of lat pla khao road and not far from fresh markets, such as bua phatthana market and km. 2 market. nearby community malls are the jas and dern pern market. the transportation is quite comfortable because sena nikhom bts is within a short distance. suitable for working-age people.

i have felt pleasure staying here because the safety system is excellent and safe. the room i stay in is tastefully decorated and cozy. what i like about this project is how attentive the site is, and i'm happy to buy this condo. the facilities are also excellent where i go for services regularly, whether it's the swimming pool or the gym. besides, the project is close to the market, convenience stores, shops, restaurants, etc. the neighbors here are lovely, and i'd highly recommend it because it's in a great location.

my relative bought a house for this project. it is a 2-story single-detached house with 4 bedrooms and a very spacious living area. however, i prefer a 4-bedroom townhome because i only have a little time to take care of the house. i still want to buy it for rent as the security system and the location is quite good, not far from the bts and central ramindra department stores. the opportunity to profit from selling or receiving income from renting is very high. there are many advantages to living here. for instance, getting here by driving a private car or using public transport like mrt is convenient. also, it is close to don mueang airport. it is an advantageous location compared with many projects but may need some improvements and paint for a good appearance before selling or renting out.

the condo has a nice atmosphere and a nice design. it also provides a high level of privacy. professional staff and friendly neighbors. as for the room i live in, it's a 1 bedroom extra room, decorated in simple but elegant style. there is enough space for one person. the project is also not far from the wat phra sri mahathat bts station, and the bts pink line will be operating through it soon. also, there are various shopping centers, shops and hospitals nearby, which is convenient for living in the city in its entirety. i recommend it!

i decided to buy this condo for rental business and speculating sale in the future. the room i bought is a 1 bedroom unit. i can tell you that i'm not disappointed. actually, i'm quite very impressed. the room has been designed beautifully with premium-grade materials, plus the living space is well-proportioned and organized. it's completely functional and also has built-in furniture, it left me nothing to do about decoration. but it's a shame that there are few parking spaces. however, it is conveniently located in the abundance of creature comforts, such as shopping malls like central ramindra, lat pla khao market, cgh hospital, etc. very suitable for life in the city.
